Refund policy

Unused products in their original packaging are eligible for return or refund within 14 days of delivery.

All approved refunds will be issued as store credit to the customer’s account and will not include original shipping charges or applicable sales tax.

Store credit will be issued once the product has been received and has passed inspection.

Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. To initiate a return, please contact Stevens Tool Co.

Stevens Tool Company LLC (Stevens Tool Co.) is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, shipping delays, or carrier-related errors once an order has been transferred to the shipping provider.
